Refunds and Returns

Any refunds will be determined on an individual basis. There are absolutely NO RETURNS, which is because the items purchased is a personal product. Once the product leaves our hands, we can no longer vouch for the product even if it is unopened. We are not responsible for any orders that shows being delivered, but are missing. We are a small business and are unable to resolve the situation on a financial level. We are more than happy to help you try to resolve any situation that may arise on your behalf with the USPS.

If you are unhappy with the scent of the soap, please keep in mind that every person perceives scents differently. We list the scent descriptions given from the manufacturers. On occasion, a soap that is without fragrance will have a slight scent due to the ingredients used during production or it may absorb scent based on soap that surrounds it during curing on the rack. We will not refund based on scent.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they ship.

We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order.
